I was doing sooo good and then came scary movie night party!!! I tried to save up calories....and points....but you still cannot sample everything at the party!!! 2300 calories yesterday : ( sad.....

Well, FWIW I think that is where "lifestyle" change mentality comes. Really, somedays are just going to be like that! I think it is the getting right back to it that is important! I hope you have a great day today!
