Doing really well. I worked out this morning. I have stuck to my guns of only one cup o'java and more water. My trick right now is that I have to really pause and think about what it is I am about to eat as opposed to just eating. I also have put a gorgeous picture of Hawaii on my computer screen. I am going there in the spring....strong motivation, and very positive.

i gave in today and went ahead and had just one cup. that's cutting way back for me! only 5 more days to go-i wonder how we'll do when we weigh?!
