Running question.....
So I'm rust starting to jog/run and I'm trying to figure the best way to improve. So today I tried going till my heart rate was 170 then walk till it dropped to 150 then repeated the process. Now I'm thirty year old male so I think my max heart rate is 180 now.
Should I be running like this to improve? My main goal is to loose weight (fat).
