Didnt make it to the gym yesterday but I did hit my step goal - mainly because I had a bajillion things to do.
I have an AMRAP today with my work friends and Im debating if I want to do it at work or go home. Both have pros and cons but the biggest is shower/air conditioning vs high humidity/sitting at my desk sweaty.
