Well, I had a general physical and bloodwork yesterday. My cholesterol is higher than it should be and my Triglycerides level is really stupid high. I’m actually a bit embarrassed at how high it is. The doctor prescribed 2000 milligrams of fish oil and a low fat diet and weight loss. Time to figure out what my low fat diet looks like I guess. Trying not to get too down on myself.
