Back to 141. I've had salmon with fruit salsa the last 2 nights while I fixed something else for the family. I think that has helped. I will head to the gym today for my "brick" training- which is doing 2 events. I'll hit the weights, then probably elliptical, then swim. I'm hoping I can find my good breathing rythm like I did the other night which was so helpful. Hope you all have a good weekend.
