I'm finding it really hard to eat low cal. I'm eating good food, just too much of it. I've gained some weight after a year long plateau, and it's scaring me. The last couple of days were good in that I watched what I ate. Didn't eat too much junk. Cutting out junk altogether is near impossible for me, but if that's what it takes to get me losing weight again, then that's what it's gonna take.
