Ladies and men too. Tomorrow will be the frist day of the rest of our life. The choices we make will be up to us. If you are reading this you are in the same boat as the rest of us. We won't allow anyone to still our joy, punch our buttons or trip our trigger. Clean the pantry and cabinets and fridge too, of trigger foods and foods that you know you will binge on. Mine is sugar and I have nothing sweet in the house now except Splenda Sweetened Strawberries to eat with my yogurt and cottage cheese. I allow myself two pieces of peppermint hard candy to suck on at bedtime to make up for the other things I used to indulge in. Ice cream, food bars, South Beach and Atkins particularly. I would eat the whole box. I have to admit I cannot handle sugar. Right now I am following Weight Watchers and making it work for me. I may be old, but I'm not over the hill yet. Better late than never.Everyone wake up with an attitude adjustment in the morning if you need one and seize the day. See ya later friends.
