Well after yesterday’s super honest picture I’ve decided a couple of things I didn’t expect! 1) that when I come onto the app to add a food to my diary someone has supported or commented on the pic so I see it before I actually eat the food I’m adding to my diary! so super helpful 2) that this is a journey and I should start it by loving myself, who I am and yes even the body that I live inside of otherwise I’m kind of setting myself up for failure! 3) so I’m going to document this whole journey with pictures both good and bad and look at it as a learning curve and embrace who I am warts and all so to speak
So just so you all know be prepared My journal is gonna be blunt, but fun picture wise Starting tomorrow with photos of my morning yoga attempt

Yoga is great. I did a load after my accident. Need to do more again but my movement improved so much. Pilates was brill also if not better for me

@pete I do try I’m not always great with my attitude towards myself but I’m hoping now I’m 40 things are changing! I gave up smoking this year and since then I’ve learnt that I can do things without the old excuses hence now why I’m trying to rethink the whole healthy eating, you are what you eat strategy!

@wiggy I’m Deffo at the beginning of the yoga thing, Infact I wobble and fall a lot 😂 but I’m enjoying the learning process of it so it’s a start! before I’d Of hated the fact that I couldn’t do it whereas now I think I’m learning to do this and give myself a little bit of a break instead of just throwing in the towel!
