*FINALLY REACHED MY GOAL* (155lbs.) -Missed my workout yesterday, Friday, because of discomfort in my right shoulder. It probably happened on Thursday while doing push-ups.
155.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
