Finally did some measurements: biceps 13.25 in., chest 41.5 in., under chest 35 in., waist 40.5 in., thighs L-24.5 R 25, calves L 15.25 R 15, and hips 43.5in. Never have kept track of in, but think will be interesting to re-measure in 3-6 mos..

I think it is good to measure. I didn't and wish I had early in my loosing. When the scales were not moving my clothes were getting too big. I didn't understand. Now I do. Had I measured, I don't think I would have been as discouraged at the scale. Good for you for measuring. :)

Yea. I think the scales can be discouraging, even when you are doing things right. I get easily discouraged. Wished that I had more fortitude. I noticed that you and Mean Bean have journaled your measuring.
