Last week worked out a ton and didn't lose a pound. This week haven't been to the gym and I'm down 4lbs...WTH I've eaten almost the same calories and food for weeks.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 October 2010:

That's because when you workout hard, your muscles temporary hold water (they get little tears and water replaces to help them heal) and it can show on the scale as a temporary gain or no loss. Things we do this week, may not show up till next week. That's why it's important to be consistent with our efforts. Great job on the loss.
