well so far just reduced my portions eating my snacks drinking water and a bit of success now the hard part the weekend...just gotta stay strong and committed and it will work out...next week same thing happy Friday all!!!
126.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
