Hellllooooo FS people! This is my first journal entry. I’m not sure how this goes so I’ll just write. I started my FS journey about a month after Covid Quarantine was initiated. Lack of normal activity w/ no change to my diet led to rapid weight gain. I’ve never been “skinny”, my weight has fluctuated all my life. A little over 3 years ago I made the literally life changing decisions to get sober, and also changed the way I ate. At that point, I dropped about 40 lbs; down from nearly 190. You can imagine my frustration to see the scale jump from around 150-155 to 176! No way...not on my watch! I’m back to eating healthy, walking everyday. Grateful that FS has enabled me to track my macros (never done before and had no idea what I was actually consuming).
So, I’ve started tracking my carbs and noticed I’m always hungry! Any advice?
