well, today's NOT the day...holding steady - I think I will try to ignore the scale today and just go about my business. Perhaps tomorrow! Meanwhile, I am working on writing a blurb about what I've learned along the way...and I am going shopping today to find a Dress for our Annual Victorian Christmas Tea that we have at our church. I am hoping some of the Holiday Dresses are now in the stores. Plus I have groceries to do today...so another busy day in New England! Thank goodness it's Friday...been a long week around here. Enjoy!!

It must be horrible knowing that last pound is being stubborn ! It's bad enough when people stall or that scale just don't move but with one pound to go it must be awful, You go girl work that little booty and show that pound who's boss!!! Lol

Have a great day Paula, have fun shopping for that dress for the tea, we have a tea every year at our church as well, but oh the goodies are not so great for us, not sure if I am looking forward to that part of it this year...lol...can't wait to hear your blog!

Terri - I have included a short note to my invited guests, that all of my treats (at my table) will be low carb! (with a takehome box of the real deal for them at the end of the night!) So, far 5 out of 7 have replied ...THAT's GREAT!!! Sometimes, the holidays and all the goodies can be too much even for those not watching or following an eating plan.
