Just when the caterpillar was about to give up, she turned into a butterfly
Well, I was having a hard time on Monday b/c I had gained 3.5 pounds! But on the advice of others here and on Atkins site, I upped my calories by 3 to 400 per day, now ranging around 23 24 hundred.... So, after one day of more calories, I dropped 3 pds, and after the next day, one more pd! Now am at 12 pounds lost since I started atkins 9-7.
NEVER GIVE UP!!! And you'll be that butterfly one day!!
