Didn't make it to the gym today :( A lot of life issues to emotionally deal with... hubbies car broke down a couple of weeks ago and we just got it back from the shop... he took it to work today and the check engine light came on! hummm so back to the shop. My grandfather was put on hospice, we were told he has only weeks maybe days left. My Mom wasn't feeling well so she went to the emergency room and now is in the hospital for tests and observations. I would say I have had better days.

I really need to be mindful of any emotional eating that I might want to partake in!!
