Day 1 of a planned 3 days of eating
I did the water fast for 2 days, took a 1 day break, then fasted for 1 more day.
I lost 7 pounds in 5 days.
If I just stayed that course I could probably lose all the weight I want to in less than a month. Two years ago I basically did that when I went from obese to my BMI weight in a little over 4 months.
But, then I have to go into 'weight maintenance'. This is when it is hard to find the motivation to sacrifice and be uncomfortable. Basically I can only do this so long, and doing that 'the-rest-of-my-life' is not going to happen.
So, I just do the best I can. The next thing I am going to try to do, is to do the water fast for 5 straight days. I plan to do this after the holiday.
