I have to get back on track for real! My yearly check-up is in about a month, and after last year's results, I want a MUCH better outcome. I am hoping to discover that I no longer have to be worried about tipping over that line into being diabetic.
Meals, in general, haven't been too horrible, but in the last few weeks we've gone downhill quite a bit. Way too many burgers and fries and snack foods. My sodium has been through the roof!
I'm only back to work one day a week, at this point, but I have my fitbit on and will be sure I am getting at least 3000 steps before I leave at 3:00.
