This is only a tiny thing I know, but it's nice to look back and see the good choices you made occasionally! A sign that, perhaps, things are beginning to shift mentally a little in the right direction and hopefully new habits for life are forming, even in their infancy but nonetheless! Yesterday, after a very early start and a long drive, sitting at a beach cafe in a dull and drizzly Lyme Regis, the temptation on hol is, virtually no sooner than the front door slams, to throw caution to the winds, and so I nearly ordered two cappuccinos. But then I thought, why waste points on that when I normally only have black? (I know why, and it's not entirely down to being on hol, it's also to do with perceived value for money when I'm paying extortionate 'coffee out' prices!) So I just had it black, and used the points more pleasurably elsewhere, as a glance at my food diary yesterday will show!
