Okay, i really need to start this diet. i was semi-okay last week, but this weekend I was horrible. I ate all the good home-made food my mommy made this weekend, mmm. plus I went out to eat three times. I think my weaknesses are not working out, cheese, dairy, and carbs (the BAD ones of course!), so i will have to work on these. I also need to start working out. I was thinking about joining curves. I dont want an ordinary gym because i know i wont really go. i want one where they teach me how to work out. at curves, you work out three times a week for half an hour with a personal trainer, and i hear its the same price as a normal gym. last summer i lost weight by walking 4 miles a day @ mile square. i want to do that, but i know i wont because of the weather. i dont want to walk in windy weather. my eyes will turn drunk-red, without being drunk (thats no fun). if i dont join a gym, then i guess i will just start lifting the babies :)
or maybe we should start a work out group? to force each other to do it? :)
