Yesterday, IF, 83 protein, 134 fat, 38 carbs, protein bar, turkey and cheese, flackers, spinach dip, hemp oil twice, mct twice, folio wrap, jello, nuts before bed
156.4 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.8 lb a week
