I have survived the ultimate test of eating out with friends! Today is my friend Mel's birthday. In my group of friends we go out to eat for everyone's birthday. I usually end up binging BAD! I'll eat a burger, fries, "real" soda, and probably some of the birthday dessert. But today I had a incredibly great salad with some diet Pepsi. After dinner we went to Culver's and I didn't get anything at all! I did good with breakfast today, for lunch though we were running low on "meal" food. I have two beef sticks (one serving) and a string cheese, this left me being hungry after school. Water wasn't as high today either... I wore legging and a skirt and boots I really didn't feel like going to that bathroom a million times during the day like I usually do, I made up for some of it when I got home. I'm so so so proud/ excited that I stuck with my healthy eating while going out!
