Yes , I know avocados are fattening and that I will gain weight ,but a least it is a healthy fat . I own the choices I make and know the trade offs and consequences for the choices I make . Sometimes the consequences are worth short time simple pleasures. I will have one avocado per day for the next 3 days and I will not have any again BBC for at least a month. I accept the fact that I will gain some weight
