Beachbody on demand- yoga- recovery 4 results- p90x one-on-one. Says you need just a yoga mat. Plus light weights, plus a chin up bar (I use resistance bands and modify the move). I didn’t use weights, just tightened up my mu - 1 hour, Resting - 15 hours, Sleeping - 8 hours. more...
