I think that did food wise today. Breakfast one egg- nothing else. Went out to lunch and ordered a veggie roll up. I have no idea of how many calories etc. I'll try to look it up later. Dinner, again out, ham & cheese club sandwich. Now that I see it in writing, I think I had quite a few calories. Don't have time to journal my food today. I'll do it tomorrow.
