Im sitting here in my dorm room, wondering, how can i deal with my eating habits here? I don't have a meal plan, I don't have a job and that means no money. When I get food its from my mom and I have to get things that late a while, and fresh things for last, for a while. Canned pasta, oreos, chips. I say the healthiest thing I have is whole grain bread and lean sandwich meat. The only things that come to my mind is to eat these things sparingly, drink lots of water and exercise the calories off. Id like to have a buddy on here, but I don't want to be a disappointment and the fact that I'm not a social person.
