It's a false reading, because I was unable to eat much yesterday, not wanting to breathe in carcinogenic fumes from the ant spray in the kitchen (proper invasion this weekend, thank-you, Stuart Goddard...) but what a reading... lol... even if I put on a couple of lbs by next Monday, I'll still be on track... and I only say 'Reasonably well' because I finished the week about 200 calories over... I'll make that up today with all reasonable luck and a following wind... grinning faces all round, here... :D xx
