Pretty happy with what is happening, but particularly because it has not been an effort. As an emotional eater I tell myself on my alternate 20 point days that I can eat what I want "tomorrow".That way I can last through till tomorrow when I may, or may not , choose to eat the sweet junk then.The tension of being very careful and counting my points only has to happen on alternate days, and on the inbetween days I choose to eat chocolate or peanuts or cheesecake plus ofcause fruit and vegetables and it seems to be working faster than I expected so far.
