My reverse diet update

Things are still going so well. I had a 1784 kcl averge week. I exceed my protein goal , and met other macro objectives. I also hit my activity goals.

Next week I will add only 5g of carbs as I am Ok with the amount of food I am eating and will start decreasing my cardio. so minus 15 min of cardio

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 June 2020:
1713 kcal Fat: 48.52g | Prot: 105.22g | Carb: 206.14g.   Breakfast:  Lait Entier,  Pomme, Quaker Flocons d'avoine (40g), MuscleTech 100% Premium Whey Protein Plus,  Croissant aux Amandes. Lunch:  Raisins,  Pain de Blé Entier,  Sole, Freshona Haricots Blancs à la Sauce Tomate. Dinner:  Sole,  Salade de Fruits,  Mélange de Légumes (Surgelés),  Omelette aux Pommes de Terre. Snacks/Other: Carrefour Polvoron Tradicional. more...

My goal isn't to lose weight for the moment, it is to maintein it while increasing my calories. The purpose is to fix my metabolism that I ruined after a low calories diet which made me stall and not lose weight anymore
