Jo, obviously something is upsetting you be don’t give in to it, if you have a problem try and break it down it’s only as big as you make it, if it’s caused from another just walk away and don’t look back but don’t make yourself vulnerable jo x

I don't mean a mess in that way 😂 but thank you ❤️ My mum likes the dinner too and has told me that it's ok cause shes studying about anerexia next in her mental health course 🙄 😂 I said I'm not anerexic she said no not yet you've lost alot of weight and still not stopping but I'm still well within my weight range 🙈

Jo your not anorexic, you eat for a start and enjoy your meals you don’t feel guilty or have any regrets of what you have eaten your just in control of your food stop listening to other people.

I think she's worried ill take it too far no idea why though or maybe I won't be able to maintain and keep loosing which I actually am not sure how I'm gonna maintain 🙄 she's been really supportive in my journey
