After many years of struggling with my weight (losing and gaining) I have come to the realization that I am not able to eat without a plan. I need to be aware of where I am, what I will be doing, what will be available, how much is ok for me to eat, etc...When I veer from 'the plan' I go downhill fast. 'just one bite, one little piece' and the next thing I know I've overeaten....AGAIN.
The grandsons have baseball today FINALLY (YAY)! I'll be at the ball park and WILL NOT succumb to the sugary carby food. It's going to be hot and I will bring my own food/drink to eat and at the end of the day I WILL be able to say it's been a good food day.
