1126 kcal Fat: 47.20g | Prot: 80.42g | Carb: 102.99g.   Breakfast: Almond Butter, Beatrice 0% Skim Milk, Dempster's Whole Grains Multigrain Bread. Lunch: Egg, Liberte Kefir (250ml), Tomatoes, Red Sweet Pepper, Mixed Salad Greens, Clover Leaf Seafood Sockeye Salmon. Dinner: Cooked Spinach (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cabbage, Broccoli, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat). Snacks/Other: Quaker Bran Muffin, President's Choice Greek Yogurt, Bob's Red Mill Chia Seed, Blueberries. more...
