It is back to business today. It is a beautiful day and I have joined some more worthy challenges. #1- No snacking after 8PM and #2 Lose 30 lbs by Christmas! I am focused and up to those challenges. Good luck to all the other joiners, we can get the job done.

Those are very good challenges. I have to find them and join also. I'm on induction and I believe that I need the meat and fat. I'm using non-dairy creamer, should I use the regular dairy cream, heavy cream, delight, etc..
