I read an article recently about Intermittent Fasting (IF). The idea is to spring a surprise on your steady diet with a little fast every so often. Now this isn't to say, starve yourself one day and then gorge the next. The idea is to spontaneously reduce your intake for say 24 hours, and then go back to your regularly scheduled consumption. Mark's Daily Apple: Intermittent FastingI feel this is some sound logic for now and actually makes sense in the long run. So for today, I am going to spring some IF on my Diet Royale, with an extra side of apples. Besides, Honey Crisps are so nummy! Let's see what happens.
