Walked for almost 50 minutes today and did 20 minutes of pilates and 20 push ups. I have been doing really well with staying within my points. I have decided to go to Las Vegas for Christmas - I grew up there and moved to CO just over a year ago. The last time most of my family and friends saw me I weighed 225 lbs. I am down to 184.8 as of today and I am hoping to lose another 10 (at least) by Christmas. I am really excited to show everyone the progress I have made. Now I am more motivated than ever!
