well I was feeling like crap and wanting a large dish of leftover spaghetti that was in the fridge but instead got on my gazelle and did a 15 min mile!! That is the most "on purpose" exercise I've done in quite sometime so I'm proud of myself for avoiding temptation and actually exercising!! I know part of my rotten feelings are that TOM is on the way so I'm glad I could avoid diaster this time at least. I know it doesn't sound like much, but small victories are what I need to get to the bigger ones.
