PMS SUCKS!!!!
I want FOOD, and a whole lot of it! I am fighting the urge to eat, but at the same time I realize that the body burns more calories during and a few days prior to menstruation...So I should probably up my intake by a couple hundred calories for a couple of days. At this point I'm only eating 50-75% of my RDI anyway, so it probably wouldn't do any harm...but then why do I feel so guilty??????
