Wow. I have seriously fallen off the horse. I weighed myself this morning and I'm almost 5 lbs heavier than I was when I started this site. And now, due to an unfortunate moment of weakness last night, my house is filled with leftover pizza. *face palm* I will just have to get through this pizza, but I have a plan to have eaten it all by tomorrow morning so that I can get back to eating healthy! I'm also going to give the zig-zag method of eating that I mentioned a couple of months ago a real shot. I'm going to try and plan my meals out so that I can better have my meats defrosted and can cook more often. I'm also considering doing bulk cooking again, because it helps me stay on track. I'm going to do some more Shakeology too, and I'm looking forward to getting myself back on track financially so that I can start ordering it again.

I'm doing Hip Hop Abs today, and I'm looking forward to being active. I'm pretty much by myself here as my roommates are out of town and a few of my other friends are also out of the area. I think it will give me an opportunity to focus on myself and try to get my head on straight!

Just keep working out and fight the temptation for food, food is my biggest weakness just need to make sure what you are eating is healthy. You got this just take it day by day make little changes at a time. We all have set backs, i was stuck at same weight over a week! Keep it up and dont give up most important thing!

Yesterday I had rainbow sherbet. 4 servings. For breakfast. Haha. We all screw up occasionally. Get back up on that horse and saddle up. It's going to be a bumpy ride. I've heard good things about zig zagging. Just don't give up. You only fail when you quit.
