Down to 134, despite the fact that I have not been actively exercising. I've just been focusing on portion control, and it seems to be helping! I haven't eliminated anything from my diet and even splurged on ice cream with candy in it a few nights last week, but instead of eating a whole bowl of it I dish out 1-2 small scoops. Just enough to satisfy my craving without going overboard. I've also been trying to limit my carb intake... I'm still a pasta lover, but I've been trying to think of pasta as a side dish rather than my main course. So far so good!
