No gym today, but a fair bit of study done and about 50 minutes of brisk walking, split into 20, 10, 5, 15 minutes. Had to make up for being 450 over in weekly calorie budget, so todays 1000 target was reduce to 550. The plan still remains to have 5,600 a week, but vary it. 400, 1200, 600, 1000, 800, 500, 1100. Have a big indulgence on Friday night/Saturday morning, so may have to stick to the lower end for the next couple of days, to stay on track. I was planning on allowing a 400 calorie treat, so will see how much I stay on track. Need to burn 3500 calories with moderate to high intensity work outs to maintain heart health, every week.
