Here I am again - Waaaaaaaay over where my feel good/comfortable weight is. So angry, depressed, whatever. Ate so much last night I was sick all night and got little to no sleep. Can't do this anymore. WON'T DO THIS ANYMORE. Back on track today...but instead of 1 day at a time - it will have to be 1 hour at a time for a while. All good. I know what I need to do, and more importantly - I WANT to do it.
