hard workouts create inflammation and soreness for atleast 3 days before you start seeing results keep up the good work it's just muscle gain.

I know what you mean . I have also at times gained weight sometimes without an apparent reason . I notice I tend to gain more weight when I work the night shift and lose more weight when I have been off a couple days on a normal day schedule .

I usually gain weight when I sleep 6 or less hours.

If it's musclle gain, a body comp scale could confirm. So glad my daughter got me ome for Christmas.
