Well it has been a while since i had my meltdown, and after reading the motivating comments i remember why i should log on more often.

Well my anger has passed, and i have started working on changing my life, not just dieting. the change has been foced because again i battled with sneaking cigarettes and then getting hooked on them. well i went to a class and have really tried to take the info they give you and apply it to my life. and i found all the time i would have been smoking or thinking about smoking or sneaking smoking...i turned into cleaning, and inturn exercising. and a clean house makes a person feel really good when they were the ones that cleaned it.

So i have actually kept on an exercise routine for 2 weeks, which includes morning and evening. and working on staying on phase 1 as much as i can. I actually bought some new clothes!

So i think my gloomy days have passed and i am working on meeting my holiday goals.

As for my weight, well i am up again but not by that much, and i am back to keeping the number going down.
