Another rainy day. Flooding everywhere. Thank the Good Lord we live on high ground. I am boiling some eggs this morning, a staple for the Atkins plan. I have been sticking very close to the plan. I want to get into the 180s, and it is taking forever! I don't have far to go, but at 1/2 pound a week it seems like an eternity.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news...but depending on how you look at it, it could be GREAT news! It is very possible things like your diet coke and sf jello could be causing your slow losses. Try to replace these with more whole food options. Clean healthy eating in a low carb lifestyle...will take you all the way to goal! OH, and btw - HUGE CONGRATS on your 50th Anniversary in April. That's AWESOME! Much Love.
