Working out again. 55 min HIIT/circuit training doing body weight and 10#dumbbells. Very hot in the garage today ..90 degree weather..2 fans.. lots of sweat! Push ups, prone jacks/ mountain climbers; jumping jacks; floating lunges; Arnold presses, etc! My arms were done for! Working on keto again. Sabotaging sister is at the beach for 2 weeks!😀 I’ll get back in control of myself. Look out!
