I was very surprised to get on the scale today and find that I had ACTUALLY LOST weight after the weekend that I had. :) I decided last minute to road-trip to Madison, Wisconsin for the OSU/UW game (Go BUCKS!:) and ended up eating fast food and consuming lots.. and lots of beer. Never the less, 1/2 a lb loss is still a loss - even if I did eat like a slob. :)
