I was thinking about rosacea triggers and how exercise will cause flare-ups. I know at the gym when I exercise my face turns beat red... people will look at me as if I am about to have a cardiac arrest but I give them a reassuring smile that all is ok and sometimes have to tell them not to worry I just have rosacea. Well giving up cardio exercise is not an option so I am just going to have to ignore this trigger and try and focus on how I can control it with diet.
