I cant understand my unstable weight, it really puts me through some emotional rollercoasters. I mean, I havent been hitting my rdi every time..but I'm eating waaay better than I have in the past..so whats up with this? :( My body is sore from yesterday yet I have increased weight to show for it.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
