Thank you so much! I have no idea why, except the extra water and, oh..not much in the way of simple carbs like rice or pasta. Still need that toast though. Thanks again!

Thank you so much, Dee Power! Looks like you're doing pretty good yourself! I'm kinda stuck at 130 now, (had a few pig outs of extra ice cream and chips) but I'm ready to get serious again. Good luck! I like all your pictures! I need to do more of that.
